About Me
Before I became a mental health clinician, I studied and worked in the arts as a performer and writer. I draw heavily on my creative background when working with clients by encouraging them to reconnect with their creative selves through imagination and somatic work.
I draw from a multitude of modalities, including CBT, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, and more, and I approach my work from a feminist lens by examining systems and dominant cultural programming that often contribute to the problems clients bring into therapy.
I seek to help my clients develop a practice of self reflection as well as put language to their experiences, desires, and internal world.
My ultimate goal is to empower my clients to create a vibrant, secure, and satisfying lives, relationships, and careers.
In addition to my private practice, I also see clients in PHP and IOP programs at Clear Recovery Center, located in the South Bay.
